I addition to this, we also only ever photograph one wedding a day and no more than 15 a year. This ensures we can devote 100% attention to your planning and wedding day and are not suffering conveyor belt burn out like many of my competitors.

A fun family photo session

Family portrait sessions are always very important, no matter how old or young your children are.

The Ratcliffe Family came to visit us in early December and we captured a beautiful range of images that they will treasure.

We really enjoyed our session at andrea's photography studio. We found her to be professional and able to accomodate the style of shoot we would like. Deliveries & Xmas Closure

Please note that due to the extreme weather conditions in the North East of England last week, our lab has been unable to ship orders as quickly as usual.

The last date for guaranteed Christmas delivery is Wednesday 8th December. Orders after this date will be processed as normal and we will contact you when your images are ready to collect, however we can not guarantee these will be before our Christmas closure.

Xmas closure
The studio will close for the Christmas Holidays on Wednesday 22nd December and re-open on Tuesday 4th January 2011.

PRICING AND RETURNS POLICY

Here at Andrea Johnson Photography we pride ourselves in creating beautiful, affordable images and that is why we keep our prices so competative and hence all our customers delighted with our service.

We appreciate that many are working towards a budget, however please do not embarass us/yourself by asking for discount, free prints or deals for cash. Our price list will be made available to you at time of booking, allowing you to decide what you can afford to purchase. It is not the policy of the studio to change the pricing structure to fit your budget.

Returns - we guarantee 100% satisfaction on our products. If for any reason we have made a mistake with your order, we will happily exchange like for like. Returns however, will not be made after you have left the Studio.

Delivery - we endeavour to complete your order and agree collection as quickly as is practicable. However, due to recent weather conditions we are experiencing a delay's that are beyond our control. If you would like your images posting out to your home via special delivery a surcharge of £10 will apply.
